311 Call Center -
The purpose of 3-1-1 is to better serve the citizens of the City
of Beaumont by providing a central point of contact for
information and
non-emergency services. Why call 311? Water Leaks,
Street Repairs, Drainage Problems, Street Signs, High Weeds, Garbage
Pick-Up, Traffic Sign, Street Lights, Parks & Recreation, Parking
Violations, Illegal Dumping.

- Monday through
Friday from 8am until 5pm.
If dialing 3-1-1 does not work from your cell
phone you
may dial 980-8311.After normal
business hours:
Water and Sewer concerns can be reported
by dialing 860-3221.
Other concerns can be reported by dialing 880-3901.
