The City may consider all related
education and experience in determining the applicant’s minimum
qualifications and starting salary. All new hires will be subject to a
drug test and criminal history check. If applicable, a motor vehicle

Criminal History Checks
The
City of Beaumont conducts Criminal History Checks and Drug and Alcohol
tests on all applicants selected for employment.
Note: Conviction may not necessarily disqualify employment. However, omission of information will eliminate employment with the City of Beaumont - OR - Falsification, willful omission or deception made in connection with the employment process shall be sufficient cause for refusal of employment.
