1350 Langham Road Monday through Friday (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.)

APPLICATION PROCEDURES
Application for City of Beaumont services can be made by telephone to Customer Service, (409) 866-0023, or in person at 1350 Langham Road. Customers will be asked to provide the following information along with their spouse information:

1. Drivers License
2. Social Security Number
3. Date of Birth
4. Telephone Number
5. Place of Employment

A deposit of not less than $90.00 will be required. The amount will be based upon the account type and number of units. The deposit will be credited to the account after one year of excellent payment. A $15.00 new service fee will be billed to the account. Service will be connected the following business day after service application.

PROCEDURES FOR TERMINATION OF SERVICES
Service will be terminated upon the customer’s request made by telephone or in person at 1350 Langham Road, identification may be required at that time. A final mailing address will be required. The service will be terminated the following business day after the request.
