Time Warner recently switched from an analog to a digital signal. In most cases, simply rescanning your channels using your remote control menu function will fix the problem. CITY COUNCIL
City Council meetings are held each Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. in City Hall. Rebroadcasts of the most recent meeting run Wednesday through Sunday at 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. on COB-TV. Meetings also can be viewed online at your convenience.
