Building Services directs activities associated with building
maintenance. Building Maintenance is responsible for
structural maintenance and repair of the City's buildings, including the
electrical, heating, air conditioning, roofing and mechanical systems.
The development of specifications, plan review and construction
management of all new facility improvements are also directed by this
division.
