    ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE
    LICENSE APPLICATION

    Application Process:

    1. Please contact the TABC Beaumont District Office prior to completing the City Alcoholic Beverage License Application. The TABC application must be completed first.
       
    2. Mail completed City application along with a complete copy of the TABC application to the Cash Management Division at the address shown below. Hand delivery can be made at:

      City Hall, 801 Main Street, Room 110
       

    3. Once Planning & Zoning has verified that the business location meets all City zoning ordinances and City charter requirements, the City Clerk's office will contact you to bring the TABC certification forms in for completion. This process may take up to 7 business days. Location:

      City Hall, 801 Main Street, Room 125
       

    4. To complete the application process, follow the remaining steps outlined by the TABC Beaumont District Office.
       
    5. The City of Beaumont shall issue an alcoholic beverage license to a business after the TABC License has been issued.
       
    6. Cash Management will notify you of the amount due once they have received notification from the State that the TABC License has been issued.
       
    7. Mail check, cashiers check, or money order for the appropriate license amount to the Cash Management Division at the address shown below. Hand delivery can be made at:
