Nancy
Beaulieu is a thirty year resident of Beaumont, and is an
active community volunteer in numerous arenas. Her work
throughout the community has given her a clear understanding
of the challenges and opportunities that abound in Beaumont,
and an enthusiasm for meeting those challenges and making
the most of our opportunities. Nancy owned her own marketing
and public relation business for over ten years, providing
executive support and leadership for four major trade and
professional organizations in Jefferson County. After
selling her business, she served as Vice President of
Marketing and Advertising for Hibernia National Bank for two
years. In 2002 Nancy went to work for Senator David Bernsen
as staff coordinator, followed by full time work on the
senator's bid for Texas Land Commissioner. She is married to
Larry Beaulieu who manages KFDM-TV. The Beaulieu's have two
children, Brad who is employed by the Beaumont Police
Department and Lara Beaulieu Darr who is an attorney,
currently raising the couple's only grandchild, Maggie. They
are members of Wesley United Methodist Church.
