paying for services in a timely manner. Utility bill statements are mailed
monthly. If you do not receive your statement, please call Water Customer
Service at (409)866-0023 for a statement amount or check your balance online.
Payments must be received on a timely basis to avoid disconnection of service.
Service charges are assessed on late payments.
